Brother's has implemented and maintains a documented quality assurance system to ensure that the products and services conform to the specified requirements. This system includes Brother's policy manual and operating procedure, the preparation and inspection of test plans, employee training, identification and control of non-conforming items, equipment calibration records and the identification, preparation and maintenance of all quality records.

    Holiday Detection:

We strongly recommend that all internal coatings be holiday detected and inspected to ensure a pinhole free coating. An owner who does not insist on complete holiday detection and inspection upon coating completion is asking for a poor job and future problems.
