Internally Sandblast to White metal Grade (NACE 1 / SSPC SP5) and apply a minimum of 10.0 – 15.0 mils of Devoe 256 epoxy, 100% Holiday detection using a 67.5 volt wet sponge holiday detector.
Externally sandblast to near white metal grade (NACE 2 / SSPC SP10) and apply 4.0 – 6.0 mils of Tnemec N69 Epoxy.
